CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your visa booking, please contact our Customer Care team at +91 7259828490.
  • If you have made multiple visa applications or applied for visas on behalf of others, kindly specify the exact visa(s) you wish to cancel.
  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm it offline, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method, after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellation Charges apply on a per visa, per person basis.

If you cancel your visa within 24 hours of booking:

  • A cancellation fee of Rs. 500 (inclusive of GST) per visa will be charged for online visa applications, provided the visa has not yet been processed.

No Refund in the Following Cases:

  • After 24 hours from the time of booking.
  • If you cancel your visa application after our agent has visited you for document verification.
  • If you cancel after your documents or passport have been submitted to the relevant embassy.

Rescheduling & Additional Visits for Document Verification and Collection:

  • Complimentary Rescheduling: You are entitled to one (1) free rescheduling for our agent's visit to collect and verify your documents.
  • Additional Rescheduling Charges: A nominal fee of Rs. 500 (inclusive of GST) per visa will be charged for any subsequent rescheduling requests.
  • Additional Visit Charges:
    • If, following the agent's visit, one or more documents remain incomplete or unprepared, and another visit is required for verification or collection, an additional fee of Rs. 500 (inclusive of GST) will apply.
  • Pre-Visit Confirmation: Before scheduling the agent's visit, we will confirm that all your documents are ready for submission. If any documents are missing or incomplete at the time of the visit, additional charges will apply for a follow-up visit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for VFS Global and Other Outsourced Agencies:

  • If your visa application is processed through an outsourced agency like VFS Global or a similar service provider, the rescheduling and no-show fees will be governed by that agency's specific cancellation and refund policy.
  • No Show: In the event of a no-show at the visa collection center on the scheduled date, VisaBro will assist you in rescheduling your appointment. However, you will be required to pay the applicable rescheduling fee, which may vary depending on the country, city, and visa center.

Refunds:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days and credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Policy Amendments: The company reserves the right to update, modify, or change the cancellation and refund policy at any time, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
